The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns

We understand sometimes things don't work out. At Misty Ridge we are committed to providing high-quality products. All items are checked and packaged carefully.

Should your online purchase arrive damaged in transit, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact Misty Ridge immediately via online form or email nzmistyridge@gmail.com.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn in the manufacturer's packaging with all labels and swing tags still attached. All items returned are subject to inspection.

All returns are at the discretion of Misty Ridge.

Shipping expenses are not refundable. Your return remains your responsibility until received by us.

Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them, when your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
